As we delve into the narratives of our lives, particularly our stories of harm, we begin to recognize the many ways in which our experiences have shaped us - this is the work towards healing and hope in our stories.

The Allender Center is an organization that has empowered countless individuals to courageously engage with their personal stories, leading to transformational growth. Beginning this February, this 7-week story group for a small group of participants will serve as the capstone project of my Allender Center certification. I would love for you to join me on this journey of self-discovery. Our stories become clearer and more meaningful when shared within a supportive and encouraging community, and that's precisely what this group will offer.

Upon registering, you will also gain access to the exclusive "To Be Told” online course by the Allender Center (a $249 value). This course includes enlightening video teachings by founder Dr. Dan Allender, which will complement and enrich the work we will do in the group.
